Many of us have discovered how useful AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini can be in our daily work. They help us brainstorm, summarize, and automate tasks more efficiently.
To keep things secure, the AI Squad recommends using Gemini—it’s free, safe for using internal documents, and ensures the data privacy we want.
If you choose to use other AI models, keep in mind that data security and privacy are not guaranteed by default. You can only use them for work if you follow up the next points (and we trust you to do so):
- No usage of personal data in any input – make sure to delete e.g. names, or any other personally identifiable data.
- No usage of internal company data or sensitive business information in chats or attachments.
- Disable the “use data to learn the model” option in the settings.
- Remove the name ‘Fastned’ from any documents before uploading or using the name in chats.
- Do not use your Fastned email to create an account.
- Keep chat history short—delete conversations regularly (preferable daily) if the platform allows it.
By following these simple rules, you can safely and responsibly use AI tools like ChatGPT and others in your work.
Be critical about the outcome. For questions, please ask the AI-Squad.
